Eunice Xara Kim is an Asian American actress from Los Angeles, California. Born to perform, Xara began competing as a professional ice figure skater at the age of four. Artistically inclined, she would create home-made music mixtapes and choreograph her own singing talent shows at school, while simultaneously traveling and training for skating championships. Little did anyone know that this cultivation was the creative and disciplined framework contributing towards her embarkment in the entertainment industry.

 

An Honors Student, Class President and Cheer Captain, Xara was a natural leader and creative innovator. At 17 years old, she was discovered by a Hollywood talent scout and signed to a Dance Agency. The next day, Xara was advised to check out an audition for a celebrity tour to experience the casting process. She booked the gig. And the next one. Xara hit the road as a backup dancer for Toni Braxton, Chris Brown, shooting Nike Women, Diet Pepsi, appearing on MTV and Ellen, and featured in FHM Magazine to name a few. A great communicator and writer, Xara also covered events and reported entertainment news, co-hosted weekly on Radio Korea, and anchored pop culture music awards internationally.

 

Whenever Xara wasn’t rehearsing or dancing on stage, she would be learning to play piano and writing poetry, melodies, and lyrics. The band would begin to collaborate with her on music production, and eventually caught the attention of A&Rs. Xara was signed to a record label in a girl-group with the Braxton sisters that would later lead to solo endeavors. The journey continued to evolve into expanding instincts and emotional intuitions, training at various television and film workshops as she realized her love and calling for acting. Xara continues to weave her multi-faceted talents and creativity on-screen, with all of her experience contributing to deeper connections to each role encountered as an interpreting actress.

Xara loves cooking & currently owns a Japanese restaurant. She is a licensed realtor specializing in business/new construction.
